SPE «Mashproekt» has available design, scientific and research departments, the experimental manufacture department, test complexes, the automatic systems and computers department.
Since 1954 SPE «Mashproekt» has designed, developed and manufactured more than 70 different models of gas turbine engines with output of 2.5, 3, 6, 10, 16, 25 MW for naval ships, merchant ships, for power industry and gas industry. Now the gas turbine engine is being manufactured with the output of 110 MW.

We offer manufacture and delivery of gas turbine engines, reduction gears and step-up gears to the enterprises and firms, besides, we can offer services concerning the development of gas-turbine plants whith heat recovery according to the user's requirements for central heating, gas and steam units.

GT25000 gas turbine engine
Since 1960 the enterprise widely uses computer engineering for the development of current gas turbine engines. Automatic control systems have been developed to carry out gas turbine engine design, research and tests. Design calculations, development and making drawings are being performed with aid of IBM PC type computer.

Since 1996 active work is underway on integration of design automation and automatic production systems using unified three-dimensional geometrical models of GT assemblies and parts with aid of UNIGRAPHICS (UG) system and HP 9000 stations of 700 series.
Cooled blades and nozzle vanes for 4 new gas turbine engines: GT 10, GT 15000, GT 25000, GT 110 have been designed and manufactured using UG system as well as compressor blades and shrouded wheel, gas collector, the exhaust volute, and other complex parts. Special programs have been developed for numerically - controlled machines.
A computer - controlled mock-up assembly and pipelines plotting for GT 10 engine have been performed, outline drawings of GTG-6, GTG-25 power plants have been made.
Filling up of investment mould for blades and nozzle vanes of GT 25000 and GT 110 engines have been checked.
